To Use Windows Live Mail 2011 with Your Email

  1. Launch Windows Live Mail from the Start Menu.
  2. Click Accounts, and then click Email.
  3. In the Email Address field, enter your full email address.
  4. In the Password field, enter your password.
  5. Select if you want to Remember Password.
  6. In the Display Name field, enter how you want your name to display when email is sent from this account.
  7. Select the option to Manually configure server settings, and then click Next.
  8. Select your server type and enter your Incoming POP or IMAP Server: mail.yourdomain.com
  9. Incoming server Port:
    IMAP without SSL - 143
    POP without SSL - 110
  10. Select to authenticate using Clear text.
  11. In the Logon user name field, enter your full email address.
  12. In the Outgoing server field, enter your Outgoing POP or IMAP Server: mail.yourdomain.com
  13. Outgoing server Port: 587
  14. Select My outgoing server requires authentication, and then click Next.
  15. Click Next.
